For expressing the future, we can use both will and going to. But there’s a difference:
We use going to when we talk about an intention, a plan we’ve already made, or when there’s clear evidence something will happen.
- I’m going to study abroad next year.
- It’s 5:2. They are going to win.
We use will when there’s no plan or evidence, but only a belief, a spontaneous decision, or something we decide in the moment.
- I think I will have the salad.
- Wait! I will help you with your bags.

B: Do you have a plan, or are you just being a little delulu?
A: Okay… I’m going to upload my first song tomorrow.
